Open Days are held at our main campus facilities in the heart of Brighton and Sheffield. To sign up for an Open Day, simply complete the form below and we’ll be in touch with confirmation and more details.

WaterBear is a music college based in Brighton and Sheffield, two incredible music cities. We offer BA (Hons) degree and master’s courses made for today’s musicians, artists and music industry professionals both on-site and online. We’re about smaller class sizes, flexible course delivery, bespoke one-one mentoring, and exclusive work experience and career development opportunities.

OPEN DAY UPDATE

Both our Brighton HQ in Hanover House and our Sheffield campus are currently undergoing major expansions. In Brighton, we’re adding performance spaces, dedicated instrumental rooms, rehearsal and social spaces, plus a 1000 sq ft studio. Meanwhile, in Sheffield, exciting developments are also underway, including the addition of new common room spaces, expanded teaching areas, and more. Due to these ongoing works, we won’t be running open days at either campus over the summer months.

OFFICIAL HANOVER OPENING EVENT – Saturday 11th October 2025

We’ll be officially kicking things off with a Brighton launch event on Saturday 11th October. While this won’t be a standard open day, you’ll still get to meet key members of our Education, Admissions and other core teams. Come along and be among the first to see our brand-new HQ!

ATTENDING OUR Open Days

Everything you need to know

Each Open Day event lasts around 2 hours.
Refreshments are provided on arrival and throughout the day.
Activities start with a welcome talk from the WaterBear Founders who’ll explain all about the College and what we offer.
You’ll also get to meet senior education staff and students, who’ll be on hand throughout the day with information about our courses, accommodation, finance, facilities and many other areas of college life.
Please remember to bring any specific questions you may have for us. You’ll also get a tour of our college buildings, with live music provided by our amazing artists and musicians.
Everyone who comes to an Open Day should leave with all the information they need to make an informed decision about studying at WaterBear.
